In the whole year of 2018, the company took out 10.41 million yuan to subsidize everyone just on the staff dining allowance. As long as the company has benefits, we will gradually improve the treatment of employees and firmly implement the guiding principle of "making employees happy".
At the same time, we also need to clearly see that in 2018 there are still problems such as unstable production system, many accidents, cost management is not refined, only 37% of the main economic and technical indicators have entered the top third of the industry, and individual managers have poor initiative.
